Email is a mission-critical application. It is one of the most used productivity tools used in many organizations. End users rely on their inbox to stay on top of projects. They rely on calendars to manage their daily tasks and appointments. They have very little tolerance if the system goes down.
While email is mission-critical, managing the servers is not. Day-to-day email management is time consuming. Time spent administering accounts, adding new users, deleting former employees, maintaining servers, and managing the frequent patches can usually be better spent on other projects.
Having Huntington Technology manage your email environment provides you with many benefits. In most cases, costs actually drop while service levels go up. That is because our experts are dedicated to managing multiple clients email systems.
HT takes the hard work out of delivering email. We manage inbox size limits, improve security, and assist with email archiving. Certain industries are required to maintain copies of email for a specified number of years in order to remain in compliance. We can manage those archives for you.
We can take your email even further and help you move to the cloud. This gives you the benefit of cloud scalability for email storage as well as anytime/anywhere access with beyond five 9’s availability. The cloud also completely removes patch management and major upgrades. You are always running the latest version.
While moving to the cloud eliminates many email management headaches, there is still a migration that is required. This takes an understanding of the existing email system and the users combined with expertise with the cloud solution. At HT, many of our clients have made the decision to move to Office 365. That is why we have put together our Office 365 migration service. We work with you to accomplish what will be the last email migration you will ever have to perform. Once your email is safely migrated to Microsoft’s data centers, our team is ready to help you manage the environment going forward.
Contact Huntington Technology now and we’ll show you how the right planning can have a huge impact on your business.
Much faster response and resolution time than anticipated. Thanks!
Steve. Please thank your entire team at HT for helping get our office successfully wired and moved to our beautiful new Detroit location. You, along with Phil, Will, Drew, Ricky, Mark and Tony (hope I did not leave anyone out) all worked so hard on this project, planning and preparing to make sure the last several days went smoothly and it showed. Phones were ringing, computers were networked, Internet was up and running and computers were set up for each person. HT demonstrated that it shares our core value of “doing whatever it takes!” You have been a valued vendor and partner to us over the years and we are very appreciative. We have some loose ends to wrap up but it seems like we are almost home! Thanks again
All Tony had to do was walk in the door. The computer got scared and the problem was gone when I tried to demonstrate. Thank you.
Steve, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with your service, knowledge, expertise and response. As you know, Will has been out quite a bit analyzing our needs and offering fantastic advice in terms of upgrading the IT system. We may not be able to do everything that Will suggests, but I know we were exposed in several areas and our IT/computer system certainly needed the attention. I also know that with Will we are seeing the “A” team, but I have the utmost confidence that once Will gets the system up to date running more efficiently, that any of your fine staff will be able to handle most of our ongoing computer needs. Please pass along our thanks to Will and look forward to a long continued relationship between us and Huntington Technology.
I wanted to congratulate you on your success, and thank you for all of the hard work that you have done for our firm. Huntington is a real asset (what we called in the Army a “force multiplier”) for a small firm likes ours, which allows us to compete with the big boys. Thanks for all of you have done, and best of luck going forward.
